HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

United States/Canada - USA/Canada: 2-7 business days
International Shipping - 3-5 business days

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer express courier delivery to all destinations!

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

NO! Everything is included in the price. 

WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?

Check all external locked mailboxes

Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them)

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at info@zorrata.com with your order number in the subject field.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You should usually see your refund within 3-5 business days!
